INFORMATION ABOUT PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA / PRIVACY POLICY
This Privacy Policy explains how Flyboys Games s.r.o. (“Company”) processes personal data of users
(“Players”) of its software products (“Games”).
The Company processes personal data in accordance with:
- Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR),
- California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA),
- applicable Czech legislation,
- Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework,
- Google Play User Data Policy.
The purpose of this document is to clearly explain what data we process, why we process it, how it
is handled, and what rights you have.

B. What Personal Data We Process
We apply the principle of data minimization and process only the data necessary to operate the
Games.
1) Player Authentication Data
- Unique User ID provided via Apple Sign-In or Google Sign-In
- Stored securely in Google Firebase
We do NOT require players to provide:
- name or surname
- postal address
- phone number
- direct registration credentials
2) Technical and Device Data
Automatically processed during gameplay:
- device type and model
- operating system and version
- language settings
- country (approximate location derived from IP)
- IP address (processed transiently for security and ad delivery)
3) Advertising Identifiers (via ironSource mediation)
When advertisements are displayed, our advertising partner ironSource and its mediated networks may
process:
- IDFA (iOS advertising identifier) — only if user grants ATT permission
- GAID (Android advertising identifier)
- IP address (country-level geolocation)
- ad interaction data (impressions, clicks)
- fraud prevention and attribution data
We do not collect sensitive personal data.
C. Sources of Data
Data is collected:
- directly from authentication providers (Apple, Google)
- automatically during gameplay
- automatically by advertising partners when ads are shown
D. Purposes of Processing
We process data strictly for:
- player authentication
- saving game progress
- gameplay functionality
- service security and fraud prevention
- crash diagnostics and service improvement
- displaying advertisements (if enabled)
- complying with legal obligations
Legal basis under GDPR:
- Article 6(1)(b) – performance of contract (EULA)
- Article 6(1)(f) – legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention)
- Article 6(1)(a) – consent (personalized advertising in EU/EEA where required)
E. Consent, Advertising & Tracking Transparency
For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and other regions where
required by law:
- We request consent before processing advertising identifiers for personalized ads.
- Players may accept or reject personalized advertising via the consent prompt (CMP).
- Players may change their consent preferences at any time via in-game settings (if available) or
device settings.
For iOS users:
- We comply with Apple App Tracking Transparency (ATT).
- IDFA is accessed only if the user explicitly grants tracking permission.
- If permission is denied, only contextual ads may be displayed.
For Android users:
- Advertising ID usage complies with Google Play policies.
- Users may reset or disable their Advertising ID via device settings.
You can manage advertising personalization in your device privacy settings at any time.
F. Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data.
Personal data may be shared only with trusted processors necessary to operate the Game:
- Google Firebase (authentication, cloud storage)
- Apple Sign-In services
- Google Play Services
- ironSource (advertising mediation)
- Advertising network partners integrated via ironSource
Data may also be disclosed if required by law or public authorities.
G. Data Retention
Player authentication data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship (EULA).
Advertising identifiers and technical logs are retained according to the retention policies of our processors.
Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer necessary.
H. Automated Decision-Making
We do not perform automated decision-making producing legal effects on players.
Advertising partners may use limited automated profiling strictly for ad delivery and fraud prevention.
I. Your Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
You have the right to:
- access your personal data
- request correction
- request deletion (where legally applicable)
- restrict processing
- object to processing based on legitimate interest
- data portability (where applicable)
- withdraw consent at any time
- non-discrimination under CCPA
J. Rules, Enforcement & Ban Appeals (Reference)
Rules enforcement (including account bans, suspensions, and ban appeals) is governed by our
End User License Agreement (EULA) below.

END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the game World of Airports and related services (“Game”)
provided by Flyboys Games s.r.o. (“Company”).
By downloading, installing, or using the Game, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. License Grant
The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal,
non-commercial purposes. All intellectual property rights in the Game remain the exclusive property of Flyboys Games s.r.o.
2. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Game
- use cheats, exploits, hacks, or manipulation of game mechanics
- use auto-clickers, macros, bots, scripts, or any automation tools (including “auto-clicker makers”) designed to simulate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage
- attempt to bypass security mechanisms or anti-fraud systems
- make unauthorized purchases or manipulate payment systems
- engage in abusive, offensive, or harmful behavior
- use offensive, hateful, extremist, or otherwise inappropriate usernames
3. Account Suspension and Termination
The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate this Agreement, the Game Rules,
or applicable platform policies.
Automation Tools and Auto-Clickers (Macros): Any detected use of auto-clickers, macros, scripts, bots, automation software,
or similar tools may result in an immediate permanent ban and termination of the account without compensation.
Enforcement decisions are made at the sole discretion of the Company. Submitting a ban appeal does not guarantee account reinstatement.
4. Account Reinstatement and Reset Policy
If the Company decides to reinstate a banned account, reinstatement will always occur with a full account reset.
This means:
- all previous progress will be permanently deleted
- all in-game data will be erased
- restoration of previous progress is not possible
The Company does not restore progress after bans.
5. In-App Purchases
All purchases must be made exclusively through official Apple App Store or Google Play payment systems.
Unauthorized, refunded, duplicated, or manipulated transactions may result in suspension or termination of the account.
6. No Warranty
The Game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flyboys Games s.r.o. shall not be liable for loss of progress, loss of virtual items or currency, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to the Agreement
The Company reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Czech courts.
If you do not agree with this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Game.
